    How It Works

Our team visits the property after dark so exterior-lighting performance can be evaluated under normal operating conditions. We document visible outages, damaged fixtures, lighting concerns, and recommended maintenance. Any repairs, replacements, cleaning, specialty access, or lift equipment required will be presented separately for approval before the work is completed.

The recurring inspection program does not automatically include the cost of repairs, replacement fixtures, materials, lift rentals, or specialty-access equipment unless specifically stated in the customer's agreement.

Program scope may be customized based on the property's size, fixture count, lighting systems, access requirements, and inspection needs.
